We used to sometimes think of “success” as a bad thing. It meant being selfish, somehow putting our needs over those of others. We also equated success with these negative associations:
* it’s greedy
* it’s valuing money and things over people
* it’s too commercial and corporate
* it’s environmentally destructive to the planet
Looking further, some self-identity issues emerged. Behind these concerns were thoughts of whether we actually could succeed by doing something we loved and helping others.
REDEFINING SUCCESS — HOW TO CONQUER YOUR FEAR
As explained elsewhere on this site, “holistic and spiritual coaching put life into the context of this quest, where we connect with the divine wisdom as our guide.”

In this original technique created by the Mountroses, Phillip Mountrose shows you how to simply say “yes” to what you want… starting now. Turn on your speakers and …
EFT, the premier energy technique, can be miraculously effective by itself. When you combine it with the “Yes” affirmation in this video, the results can be… yes… remarkable.
All references to the Jim Carey Movie that humorously portrayed “the power of yes” aside, the word “Yes” is undeniably powerful. It offers many immediate benefits.
For example…. when you muscle test to assess a strength or weakness a person has to something (material or immaterial, say a food or thought), a baseline test can be to say “yes” or “no.” When pressure is exerted on the muscle, the testee generally tests strong (muscle firm) to saying “yes” and weak to saying “no” (muscle weak).
In other words, the word — and energy — “yes” bypasses our thinking, rational mind. “Yes” goes right to the unconscious. In contrast, “no” tells us what we want to avoid. No is negative, negating. Yes is positive, affirming.
There’s More to Yes
Now is your time to develop your self-confidence and self-esteem and tap into your emerging greatness. Using EFT, learn the 4-step process. Watch the video and turn up your speakers…
As Albert Einstein observed, you can view the world as a miracle or not.
To get the good stuff, you need to develop self-confidence. As you build your self-esteem, your personal greatness emerges.
Phillip Mountrose shares with you a 4-step process to let your self-confidence grow and unlock your personal best.
1. Focus on what you want.
What do you want to do to make your life more meaningful. What do you want to develop in yourself to share with the world?
2. Speak about your potential and emerging greatness.
Give yourself permission to speak positively about yourself. Speak about your gifts and talents and skills. Let them shine onto the world. What you focus on grows.
Focus on what you have and can develop in yourself to contribute to the world.
3. Posture shift.
Your posture relates to your inner attitude and self-esteem. Stand tall and speak proudly about your emerging greatness.
4. Do the EFT Tapping Technique using Emerging Greatness Affirmations
Use the EFT Tapping Technique while affirming that your “emerging greatness” is occurring — developing your self-confidence through using your gifts, talents and skills in service to others.
By viewing the world through the lens of your emerging personal greatness, self-confidence grows and good things happen. Try it today for yourself.
Freedom could be defined as being, doing and having what you want. Be-do-have is about inner awareness and the spiritual journey we all take.
It may be more subtle and interesting than a simple formula would explain. Let’s take a look at “being-doing-having,” the holy (or sometimes not-so-holy) triad.
WALLACE WATTLES’ ADVICE
In The Science of Getting Rich, Wallace Wattles famously asserted that we should have the resources we need to live fully, so we can accomplish our dreams and goals.
He noted that in the modern world we need sufficient resources to better ourselves and others. He also suggested this was not a justification for greed or overindulgence.
In the above short video, Dr. Phillip Mountrose leads you on the Path to Freedom, using EFT tapping and 6 specific steps. Includes overcoming obstacles using the EFT tapping technique.
Creating freedom in your life is about
Is it nobler to sit, meditate and desire nothing? Should I detach from the world, sit like a yogi as the world passes me by like so many clouds coming and going?
Or… should I play full out, totally engage, really go for what I want, no holds barred?
Hmm… seems like a conflict. To attach or not, to desire or not, to engage or disengage.
Buddhist Eastern thought advises us to stop getting hung up on desires, which are but mirages in an impermanent world. Stop attaching to desires and you stop suffering.
Western philosophy tells us to work hard and create a productive life.
Further, the law of attraction suggests your desires are an outreach of source itself, wanting to explore and express itself through you.
We were observing our dog Sunny Sunshine eagerly take one of his many playthings from his toy basket.
And it struck us: Sunny is very good at manifesting.
We are talking about dog training... in reverse. In this case, our dog is training us. And we think this has been instructive.
So here are 5 simple things our dog taught us about manifesting:
1) Focus on what you want.
If Sunny wants a bone, a walk or to play, his intention becomes known. He climbs on our lap and licks our face. Or he gives us that look ("Throw the ball so I can get it").
How do you make your intentions known? What do you think, say and do?
How do you get past that limiting belief? You know, the one that stops you from creating wealth, health, or relationships. Turn up your speakers and watch this video now, as Phillip helps Deborah with her mindset about starting a new business.
Phillip Mountrose helps Deborah bust through limiting beliefs about starting her new business with the help of EFT tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and holistic coaching. EFT and holistic coaching work well to create abundance on different levels.
