You do want to open your heart. Without it, life is cold and heartless.
Much of the world’s conflict comes from a heavy, closed heart. By opening your heart, and keeping it expansive, you will help yourself, others and the world to be a more loving place.
To help, here then are five practical suggestions …
The world is made of different races and nationalities. People have taken the distinct differences between groups to artificially divide themselves based on fear and prejudice.
Yet our multi-cultural, multi-international world is a tremendous resource. Just as each person is unique, each race and culture is special too.
Being more inclusive means being open and respectful, even to those who disagree with you.
By interacting and learning from others, we can value everyone more, including ourselves. Throughout our rich diversity and history, we all share the same planet together.
How can I help myself and others and learn from those who have different backgrounds from me?
Everyone knows it’s good to exercise. It lowers the risk of disease, boosts your energy, improves your memory and sleep and much more… To make things easier, it’s good to get practical healthy living tips.
But most don’t realize you also want to exercise your other bodies: your emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. So here is a menu to help you get healthier on all levels.
Here’s how to exercise … on all levels.
Our answers to the age-old questions – “Who am I?” “Why am I here?” and “Where am I going?” – form the foundation of our lives. It makes sense. Your perspectives on who you are, why you are here, and where you are going become your reality. These questions also define three lines of transformational personal and spiritual development.
Each of us is unique, as are our responses to these age-old questions.
As we evolve, our perspectives evolve.
It’s a beautiful journey and reflecting on these questions can open doors for a miraculous transformation we call “The Ultimate Paradigm Shift.”
From the perspective this shift, we would answer these questions in this way:
How do you deal with negative emotions? We all have difficult times: setbacks, losses and the consequences of poor choices. The more time you have lived longer you live, the more challenges you’ll face.
Of course, we want to shorten the times we experience negative impact and quickly recover and restructure. We also want to learn and grow from life’s challenges and hardships.
With uncertainty and tough times come troubling emotions: doubt, anxiety, loneliness and fear.
Releasing negative emotions is about reframing them. Let’s see how to reframe – look at through a different lens — challenging feelings that we inevitably face throughout life
The moment passes quickly.
Catch it before it passes; it will not last.
Until the next moment appears …
Actually, you can’t catch the moment.
You can’t hold or possess it.
You can store the moment in your memory
for future use and enrichment, and have it
be more a part of yourself.
What can you do with each moment?
In the end, you can only do your best
participating in the many moments
that make up your life.
We’ve been students and teachers of human potential, the nature of our reality, and the deeper meaning of life for a few decades now. We have explored the vast realms of spirit and the fulfillment that comes from bringing spirit fully into form. In the process, we discovered elements of what we now call the Ultimate Paradigm Shift.
Science is now proving universal truths that many of the the greatest minds in history have repeatedly shared through the ages. Unfortunately, few have really heard them. These truths are observable and many people are seeing that truth is stranger than the fiction humanity has created about the nature of reality.
Evidence is mounting that the way most people understand reality has everything turned around and upside down. Continue reading
In our work as holistic coaches and trainers, we continue to be amazed and inspired by the way everything is connected. Within each of us, a beautiful wholeness – an integration of the body, emotions, mind, and spirit – is occurring as our awareness of our true identities emerges. Everything in our inner and outer experience is significant in relation to the big picture of who we really are: wonderful spiritual beings who are here for a reason, each with dreams and unique gifts to share.
Isn’t this perspective inspiring?
The transformational potential of our emotional and spiritual intelligence is a key factor in our journey to wholeness. This potential also applies to our intelligence at the mental and even physical levels of our being. Exploring these vast inner resources has taken us into new territories and higher heights that have transformed countless lives.
With a holistic approach, you can become aware of how the body, emotions, mind, and spirit contain pieces of the puzzle of who we are and why we are here. Awareness is a key and each level of our being can speak to us in profound ways when we learn how to access our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual intelligence.
