They are the things you enjoy doing \u2014 the activities that make you lose track of time.<\/p>\n<p>Examples of gifts might include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Teaching and coaching<\/strong> \u2013 helping others grow and succeed<\/li>\n<li><strong>Research and discovery<\/strong> \u2013 finding answers and solving problems<\/li>\n<li><strong>Creativity and art<\/strong> \u2013 expressing beauty and inspiration<\/li>\n<li><strong>Leadership and service<\/strong> \u2013 guiding teams or communities<\/li>\n<li><strong>Communication and writing<\/strong> \u2013 sharing ideas that uplift others<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Spend time reflecting: <em>What do I do that feels easy, joyful, and meaningful?<\/em> These gifts are clues to your life purpose.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Step 2: Decide How You Want to Improve the World<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Your life purpose is about more than just personal fulfillment \u2014 it\u2019s about contribution.
