Some situations are still unfolding beneath the surface. We may not yet see where events are leading, but that does not mean we are lost. There are seasons for movement and seasons for waiting. In the image, children play freely in the garden while butterflies move gracefully around them. This speaks to healing the masculine and feminine energies within ourselves and remembering that joy, spontaneity, and wonder are sacred forms of alignment.<\/p>\n<p>So often, growth is not about pushing harder. Sometimes it is about softening enough to let life breathe through us again.<\/p>\n<p>This meditation invites you into that sacred garden \u2014 a place where the soul can rest, trust, and remember.
