Our Story:
From Seeking to Self-Discovery
We (Phillip and Jane Mountrose) have spent more than three decades exploring the realms of spiritual awakening and healing.
Our journey together began in a spiritual organization in the 1970s. It expanded through many modalities, and in the 1990's, led to the founding of Awakenings Institute, a nonprofit organization dedicated to a more loving and awakened world.
By then, we were widely recognized as spiritual coaches, teachers, and healers, focused on energy healing with EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and more. While we had learned much along the way and shared that in our teachings, we always knew there was more...
Then, in recent years, we came to an extraordinary turning point.
A powerful visitation from Archangel Metatron during meditation led us to integrate sacred tools — oracles, the Akashic Records, angelic energy, and more — into a cohesive framework: The 5 Spiritual Keys.
These keys are practical and inspire you to elevate your life and the lives of others. They are hands-on resources to live joyousy in this next new frontier for humanity – and help others to do so.
