Magic Child Exercise
You don’t need special skills or years of training. The Magic Child is already there — you simply need to invite it forward.
Here’s a short exercise, which is quite profound.
Begin to smile — just like that. Relax your body and say aloud or silently: “I now activate my Magic Child.”
Become aware of your senses. Let them grow heightened and sharp.
Notice the colors and shapes in your environment. Observe how your body moves through space. Hear the sounds all around you. Feel the air on your skin.
You are fully and magically alive. Take that in… Let your smile widen.
It is good to be alive. There is so much you can do and create. Seize the day.
