Without life purpose, you are purpose-less, adrift throughout life. To find your purpose, though, takes some experience and maturity to be live more consciously, more on purpose, more soulfully.
Once you become a “grown up,” you aren’t necessarily an adult, even if you are biologically full grown. That is, you are not a completely conscious, developed human, although you can continue to grow expand if you choose. Growth is no longer automatic.
The conventional wisdom used to be that growth was largely physical — what you see is what you get. Yes, the mind of a child develops to a teen and adult, corresponding with school grades — and then you ‘graduate’ into adulthood.
It was a breakthrough for science when in recent years it was discovered that new brain cells could grow in an adult. The old notion of limited growth was upended. Growth didn’t end after you started so-called adulthood.
But what’s more profound is you can spiritually transform yourself — and finding and living life purpose is (potentially) part of your most important development.
Here are four things to know about your all-important purpose.
Learn the 3 keys for spiritual transformation in concise, short video by holistic coach and energy healing pioneer Phillip Mountrose.
Be sure to watch the Reset Process demonstrated in the second part of the video (at 4:37 into the video).
This elegant, quick energy process, created by the Mountroses, integrates the head and the heart. In this example shown on the video above, Phillip energetically “taps” in the 3 keys for spiritual transformation.
“There came a time when the risk to remain tight in the bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.”

Why manifest your dreams and follow your heart? One of the greatest gifts in life is the gift of choice. In so many ways, you can choose how you want to live. You are the author of your life.
To manifest your dreams you will need to choose differently, to lift yourself out of the familiar comfort zone and the status quo.
For more – for a better a life – you need to seek more, whether on a material or immaterial level, whether more things or more consciousness, and the two can be consciously connected.
Here are three reasons for manifesting your dreams:
In this 4-part series, we want to share some of our best tips and secrets on manifestation. Why manifestation? Well, creating a better, deeper and richer life is about manifesting.
Manifesting is defined as: “displaying or showing (a quality or feeling) by one’s acts or appearance; demonstrating.”
The reason we teach an entire course (called Manifesting Your Dreams) on this subject is because it lends itself so well to personal and professional growth and transformation. You can manifest for yourself or help others manifest (in your specialty/niche area): better health, better wealth or business,or better relationships.

Yes there is a sense of timing to things. Synchronicities occur. Interference can alert you to things to watch out for and perhaps re-evaluate.

What is prosperity? It means different things to different people. Prosperity often conjures up images of people with huge incomes posing in front of huge mansions and expensive cars. Many people define prosperity as wealth, success and good fortune, but prosperity coaches and thought leaders who have come down to us through the ages know it’s much more than that.
Take a look at what some of the most influential people in history had to say about being prosperous:
The outer conditions of a person’s life will always be found to reflect their inner beliefs.
– James Allen
What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.
–Ralph Waldo Emerson
Whether you think you can or you can’t, you’re right.
Despite the decades that separated the lives of these people, their ideas of prosperity revolved around a common theme: Prosperity starts from within. Prosperity coaches teach clients that they can’t depend on the external world to simply hand them prosperity in a gift-wrapped package because they want it to be so. It’s a process that starts with a conscious choice to create prosperity and take steps towards it. You’ll never find it if you’re looking on the outside because it begins with yourself.
If you are not where you want to be in life, you probably realize that you have to do things differently to produce different results. This is a critical key in coaching. Fortunately, you can find resources to accelerate your progress. In his classic book Think and Grow Rich, Napoleon Hill provided a six-step formula that explains exactly how to manifest your desires.
The most effective approach is to follow in the footsteps of people who know how to achieve success. Napoleon Hill devoted his life to learning how to create awesome success, and highly successful people still rely on his advice to coach themselves to success today.
Reading is one thing and taking action is another. This is the place where most people fall short. As Napoleon Hill instructed in his six-step formula, the time to start is now and we want to make it easy for you. Here is a sample statement you can customize, put in writing, and read as he instructed. We added the element of gratitude, which we will explain below.
I am Grateful every day for the life I am creating, where:
Example: I am Grateful every day for the life I am creating, where:
Napoleon Hill also speaks about the power of gratitude in Think and Grow Rich. You can view the addition of the gratitude statement as optional, though we put it here for a reason.
Gratitude is a powerful force for manifesting your desires. Starting with a statement of gratitude can change your state and add more power to the statements that follow it. Try it for yourself and notice what happens!

It’s something to think about because one of the most important keys for success is in your thoughts. Everything you create starts in your mind and your creative imagination. Success coach and trainer Tony Robbins estimates that your thinking represents 90% of your potential for success, and actions you take represent just 10%. This doesn’t mean that the actions you take to achieve success are unimportant; they are. The point here is that people who think differently act differently and it starts in the mind. Imagine yourself as a mental coach.
As Earl Nightingale said in his famous audio presentation, The Strangest Secret, you are what you think about most of the time. This means mental coaching is an important key. The real key comes into focus it’s taken a step further.
When people hear about the the importance of thinking and mental coaching, most of them aren’t aware that they are thinking about what they don’t want most of the time, and this is what they are getting. Until this changes, their potential for success is very low.
You’re reading this because you want to get more from life and you are to be commended for seeking to raise your awareness. Since you are what you think about most of the time, the question becomes “How can you become your own mental coach?”
It’s simple: leaders are readers! The key for coaching yourself to success: start by reading books from your Success Library every day. As you read this, you may be thinking that you don’t have time. This is probably partly true and partly an excuse. If reading just a little bit every day is an proven key to success and you want to be more successful, how could you not have time? You have to make time, which brings us to your starting point: creating a Success Library
To increase your potential for success, start with these time-tested classic books:
If you’re serious about coaching yourself to success, get all of the books on this list. Each one contains amazing insights that will develop your skills at success thinking, which will definitely raise your potential for creating the life you desire and deserve. Remember, we are only talking about reading a little bit now and then during the day, because it will change everything.
1. Get up 15 or 20 minutes earlier in the morning and read. Just pick one of the books from your Success Thinking Library. In just 15 or 20 minutes, you will gain something from any of these books and it will set your thinking for the day.
2. Keep one of these books in your car, so you can pull it out and read a page or two if you have to wait for someone or something, if you stop for a bite to eat, or whatever.
3. Put one of these books in the bathroom and read just a page or two while you’re there. These specific books are literally worth their weight in gold, but only if you read them. In this regard, success thinking is like bathing. You wouldn’t think of eliminating bathing because you’ll stink. That’s why you have to do it every day. The same holds true with reading books from your success thinking library. To avoid stinking thinking, read every day!

Are you looking for a way to achieve more success in your business and your life? If so, learning how to stay positive will help you to get on track and stay on track. The purpose of a 30-day “Awesome Success” Challenge is to hone in on a single area of focus to create the results you want.
You may have read the article on this site: ” Why Subconscious Reprogramming is a Critical Life Coaching Skill.” This important point is often overlooked and this is a key reason success evades so many people. On the surface of your awareness, in your conscious mind, you may think that you want to achieve success and you may be wondering why it isn’t happening.
The answer lies in your subconscious mind. This is where everything you learned early in life, your subconscious programming, is stored.
HERE’S THE BAD NEWS. Most people have a lot of negative subconscious programs working against them.
Here are some examples:
Life is difficult. (This kills excitement and enthusiasm.)
You have to work hard for every penny you earn. (This makes it difficult to feel abundant.)
You’ll never amount to anything. (A lot of people were raised with some variation on this statement, which kills ambition.)
Rich people are greedy and I don’t want to be like them. (This sends money away from you.)
No one in my family has had much success. (This suggests that you won’t have much either.)
I’ll never get out of debt. (This is a self-fulfilling prophecy.)
If any of these thoughts sound familiar, you’re not alone. These kinds of success stealers are surprisingly common and most people pay little or no attention to them.
If you reflect on it for a moment, you may be able to uncover more success stealers rambling around in the recesses of your mind. Consider this:
We would accomplish many more things if we did not think of them as impossible.
– C. MALESHERBEX
Sounds obvious, doesn’t it? The fact is that the way you feel, the things that you have, and the things that are happening in your life today are the direct results of your thinking. If you feel like you are in a rut, never seem to have enough money, and opportunities to change your situation seem to be scarce, it’s time to take a close look at your thinking.
In his classic audio, “The Strangest Secret,” personal growth pioneer Earl Nightingale made a statement that has transformed countless thousands of lives. He said:
This is a powerful truth. To create an extraordinary life, you must master success thinking, which is essentially being more positive.
Here are a few questions to ask yourself. As you do this, be honest with yourself. No one else will know.
1. On the average day, do you think more about what you want to create or is your mind filled with thoughts about things that are not going your way?
2. Do you dare to think about what you most want in life or do you stop yourself because you think your dreams won’t ever come true?
3. If you could believe that more is possible, would you be willing to focus on changing your thinking?
HERE’S THE GOOD NEWS! More IS possible and everyone can benefit from changing their thinking.
Your subconscious programming is habitual thinking and it can change. With focus, anyone can learn how to stay positive. This is where the 30-Day Challenge comes in. This is a powerful Success Coaching tool that you can use to virtually transform your life. Here’s an earlier blog post on this subject: “30-day Awesome Success Challenge: Thoughts Are Things.”
Studies show that it takes about 30 consecutive days to change a habit. If you focus on just one or two positive thoughts for 30 days, your life can change in magical ways.
Here are some examples of powerful positive thoughts. As you read, each one, read it aloud a few times and notice how it feels. Also notice how it differs from your usual thoughts.
Positive change comes easily to me.
Something wonderful is happening today.
I know that every problem is an opportunity in disguise.
I see positive potential in everyone, including myself.
To begin, pick one of these statements and make it the focus of positive thinking for the next 30 days. Mark your calendar and start right away, before you forget. To remind yourself, write your success statement on sticky notes and put them everywhere – on your bathroom mirror, refrigerator door, computer, in your car, virtually every place you can think to put them.
Say your “magic phrase” aloud and in your mind often and watch for indications that it is true. For example, if you choose “Something wonderful is happening today,” watch for wonderful things and they are bound to show up.
This exercise doesn’t actually take any time, because you can do it while you are doing the things you are doing now. This means “no time” is not an excuse. Try it – it’s worth it. You may be surprised to see how quickly your life will change when you learn how to be more positive. This is the power of success thinking.
