These days, just about everyone is familiar with The Secret and the Law of Attraction. It all sounds good, but most people say they’ve tried it and it doesn’t work for them. As a life coach focused on the Law of Attraction, you may be thinking differently. After all, as Socrates advised centuries ago,
“The mind is everything. What you think you become.”
When you examine the mind, there are some facts that can’t be ignored. Through quantum physics, science has proved that we are all connected with an infinite source, that everything is energy, and that this energy is influenced by our thinking. We are indeed the creators of our reality and we are creating every day with our thoughts. This is why a holistic approach to coaching that integrates the body, emotions, mind, and spirit is especially effective.

Some Missing Law of Attraction Coaching Secrets
Actually, the secrets to using the law of attraction as a holistic life coach are not new and they are hidden in plain sight.
1. You have to define precisely what you want and REALLY WANT it. In his classic book Think and Grow Rich, Napoleon Hill advised that you have to “clearly define your dream and get a burning desire for its achievement.” If you are wishy washy about it, thinking “I want to be healthy” or “I want a new job” without that burning desire, your message to the Infinite Source is weak.
2. You get what you think about most of the time. Earl Nightingale revealed this fact in his classic audio, The Strangest Secret, which you can hear on this website.
According to one source, the average person has 60,000 thoughts each day and 80% of them are negative. Staggering, isn’t it? If you think “I want to be successful” and spend most of your day worrying about your bills, the real message you are sending is “I’m worried about my bills.” Rather than more success, the Law of Attraction will give you what you are thinking about most of the time, more bills to worry about.
3. You have to BELIEVE that you can get what. As mentioned, a lot of people think about what they want and feel bad. This is because they don’t believe they can get it and they are thinking about it not happening.
If you are thinking “I’d like a wonderful new job that pays well and that I can enjoy” and feeling good when you think about it, your belief is congruent with what you want. If you are thinking “I want a wonderful new job that pays well and that I can enjoy” and feeling afraid because you don’t know how that would ever happen, your belief is low. The energy you are vibrating is fear, and you will attract more things that make you feel afraid.

Also realize that the reason one reason the Law of Attraction doesn’t work for a lot of people is because it requires more focus than they are willing to give.
4. Your emotions are simple keys to your thinking. You can easily imagine how challenging it would to monitor 60,000 thoughts each day. This would be nearly impossible. Here’s the key and it’s holistic! Every thought has a corresponding emotion. When you believe you can get the great new job or money to pay off some bills, or whatever you want, you will feel good about it.
Your dream may be too big to believable to you, in which case you will feel bad when you think about it. If this is the case, focus instead on a smaller step you can take to go in that direction that you can feel good about. This will get you on the right track.
